At CarMats.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom-fit mats. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Mats

  Place the mats back in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the parcel.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Print your prepaid shipping label or use a courier of your choice to send the package to our dedicated returns facility in the UK.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned mats, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
